50 Years of QUBLBC
On behalf of Queen's University Belfast Ladies' Boat Club, Mary Wells invites you to attend the naming of the 'Susan'
Susan Sutcliffe was Captain of QUBLBC in 1981–82, and later, as Susan Dickson, was Captain of Lady Victoria Boat Club — the first former Ladies' Club rower to hold the position.
Sadly Susan is no longer with us, but we are pleased to say that the Ladies' Club has recently taken delivery of a new boat, and together we would like to take the opportunity to mark the beginning of the celebrations of 50 years of QUBLBC by naming the new boat in Susan's honour.
We would like to invite all present and past members of the Ladies' Club, but in particular those who knew Susan. The invitation is of course open to all LVBC and QUBBC members.
